Description

Basketball development training program Elite Athletes works with youth basketball players to professional athletes on both basketball skills and strength and conditioning.

Shooting drills, scoring moves, ball handling drills are part of our basketball program. We develop speed, power, agility, reaction, quickness and all-round athleticism through explosive footwork drills, coordination drills, first step drills, parachute runs, speed ladder runs, strength work with kettlebells, medicine balls, and weights.
